I dealt with Elyse in purchasing a rental property which closed recently.We viewed several properties throughout Quinte West. She was very patient, reached out to me with properties she felt met our needs and has a strong knowledge base in regards to both the local rental market as well as the needs and wants within the rental space.She supported me with further assistance in gaining information on the lot and sought information to assist in gaining permits and offered insights on what work would be beneficial in the renovation process and had a good understanding of building requirements.I would gladly deal with Elyse again and plan to in the future when we upgrade our own home. Above all else she's a very hard worker, has great communication and is an excellent advocate for her clients.

What I love about working with Elyse is that she takes the time to go over everything, and explain every detail. Having a realtor not rush me, and give me all of the information I need up front feels like a rare gem. I always feel informed and confident that I'm making the right choices for me.
