I went there to buy grass, but the guys just threw it into my truck, it's not useful when I got there, all the grass was damaged

WARNING DONT EVER DEAL WITH THIS PLACE … THIEVES & LIARS & DISHONEST …. THERE ARE MANY OTHER BETTER PLACES TO SHOP FROM.The worst experience I have ever been to. I bought interlock for my backyard, front lawn & porch, and paid full amount on the phone. I got the highest prices, the lowest quality and the worst customer service experience.In addition to the high delivery fees paid, they charged me skid deposit and split charges!!!.I called to return the skids and refund deposit, the owner confirmed they will refund at the end of the pick up day. I ve been waiting for a few days after.Today I called again I was told there is no refund because I didn’t pay for my order!!!!! Which is soooooo ridiculous!!!! Speechless!!!! After I confirmed that I paid full amount, they keep saying ridiculous reasons I would not get any refund, like my machine does not allow me to refund, you have to come in person to get refund, I am busy now and can’t take care of you, you talked to someone else I never said you will get refunded….

They are great, friendly, and easy to deal with and this makes it worthwhile to continue dealing with Sids. However it could do better on aggregate pricing like gravel, crusher run, HPB and all aggregate materials really because it is currently not competitive pricing for sure.

Went to Sids looking for plants for my pond and Ahmed was super helpful. Knowledgable and friendly, great cuatomer service.Will definately go back again

Very good mini golf course. We came for the 2009 summer sale and we’re very pleased with the tile quality and low prices. Definitely recommend for any landscaping projects!

They have a large selection to choose from. Staff is knowledgeable... if you can find someone to help you. They are often really busy. It can be hard to even find parking on weekends. Their so-called 3/4 gravel has a lot of stones that are 1" and even 1 1/2". Prices are okay. Note that it's not a very safe place to take young children if you're going to be walking around outside looking at their stone selection due to cars

Excellent customer service by the staff in helping us with the heavy gravel packages that we required for our landscaping purchased yesterday June 13 afternoon Kyle and Mike were very professional, knowledgable and mannerful! Kudos!!! will revisit! Prices are very reasonable and afforable!

I bought a yard of triple mix soil from them and I can say I will never buy from them again. The soil that was given was clumped, muddy, and impossible to work with. I found large shards of glass and rusty door hinges mixed in with the soil which my pup tried eating after I spread it on a portion of my lawn. Lucky enough I caught him before he hurt himself but I spent a few days pulling garbage from their soil.

We visited 3 times already this week, first one was on June 28. Then on Saturday July 2 when were given rocks with lots of dirt by one of their staff. We had to clean all of the 8 bags of white marble that we bought. The following day Sunday July 3 we bought another set of 8bags and we were about to go to the same spot we got the other 8bags the other staff told us that they were just dirt and we have to go to the other side for the better ones thats why we confirmed that the other 8bags sold to us were not ok.Sad to say they have a staff who don't want to serve clients correctly or just lazy or tired to get the better ones and just finish the transaction.
