Disticor stopped publishing 2 magazines I subscribed to after I received only 1 issue of each. They will not refund my money and I am being gaslighted by customer service. Never again. Very poor service!

We dealt with this company as small Canadian-owned magazine for many years and they are terrible to do business with. Basically, if you are not a large corporate magazine they do not care. We had to carefully review every single one of their monthly statements - the %/charges are large and constant. The cards are heavily stacked against the success of a non-government funded independent magazine in Canada. The main challenge is that there is little to no other choice here for newsstand distribution, and these people know it. It was always a buy into this or buy into that" conversation
