I had a wonderful experience with Mitch and his team! They went above and beyond to make our move as pleasant an experience as possible. Price is very very fair for the quality of their work. Would recommend their services to anyone without reservation.

This owner/operator sold me on his services with his entrepreneurial attitude. After paying a deposit, and subsequent check-in's and confirmations of the move date, no services were provided on the day of due to a problem with the owner/operator having multiple commitments and an issue getting a truck. Although very frustrated, I gave him a second chance to complete the move the next day, and received a solid commitment that it would happen. Extremely poor communication later in the day, then waffling on the commitment to move me the next day as promised. I was even malleable to push the move one more day just so it could get done but the owner/operator refused to communicate with me to discuss, and in an unclear message seemed to withdraw the commitment. After that, would again refuse to communicate with me. I had to scramble to book a u-haul and called in friends and family to move my house at the last minute. Receiving my deposit back took way longer than it should have as well. Moving is stressful enough. What should have been a good experience for my family - moving into our dreamhouse, was way more difficult than it should have been. Trust in your mover is the most important thing. You cannot trust this company, and the owner/operator needs to learn some important lessons in how to communicate with clients.

100/10 everyone was super nice, got the work done well, lovely people, lifted some super heavy stuff, we would be dragging couches on the streets if it weren’t for them, 100% will use again if I ever move, would offer my hand in marriage if I wasn’t already married

Mitch was amazing to deal with and super accomadating when helping plan our long haul move. The 2 movers that he sent us were equally amazing! They cared about our belongings and worked with us to make sure everything was packed carefully and secure. Definitely recommend SouthWestern Movers!
