Purchased mattress from Sleep Country Mt Lehman. Jules was very helpful and knowledgeable about products we looked at. 3 stars given because they sent the wrong mattress to our house. We had to sleep on the wrong mattress for several days until yet another delivery day to bring the proper one. Lesson learned is go take pictures of one you purchase and when the delivery arrives make sure it is the same mattress. However, the proper mattress that we purchased and eventually got has worked great.

Great selection and decent prices, they have more than just mattresses but duvets, pillows, etc.

Excellent customer service from John Neumeyer.Helped me pick a new mattress, boxspring and bed frame that was just right for me. He was patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. Took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend!

Visited this store on Jan 17th to purchase a pillow and received absolutely terrible customer service! The sales associate who was dealing with us was very condescending and did not know ANYTHING about the products he was selling. He acted like he didn't want to be there, no customer service skills at all. I would encourage management to properly train their employees or find someone who actually likes dealing with the public and knows their product. Would not be coming back to this store.

Went in to the shop late in the afternoon and was looked after by Simon, the service was amazing! Simon was thorough and seemed to know his inventory. What I liked most is that, he was honest and enthusiastic. Selling beds can't be easy, I'll definitely not only go back, but will recommend him to everyone I know.Keep up the good work Simon!Antonio

Sleep Country (Highstreet) was very helpful in locating the mattress I was looking for. Put it aside for me, as I could only get there later that morning. Got a great deal on 2 pillows and had exceptional customer service. Would recommend this location.

Employee who helped us was amazing, gave us a fantastic deal on a Purple mattress that we've been eyeing for quite a while. Free and easy delivery and for $15 they disposed of our old mattress for us. Highly recommend this sleep country location!

Recently purchased a mattress, bed frame and headboard. First of all, the sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. But, this is our experience so far:1. When we were in the store, we selected all products and confirmed that it was all in stock. When delivery was arranged, the truck showed up without the headboard. The driver said he didn’t know why, and that I should contact the store. I went back to the store. They confirmed that it was in stock and it was human error at the warehouse end, and that someone would call me the next day to arrange for delivery. Human error - I can live with that. It happens.2. A sleep country representative didn’t call us the next day, or the day after that but on the third day. Not the best service, but not the end of the world. We arranged for a second delivery day for the headboard.3. A few days go by and I receive a call saying our headboard is on a shipping container and would be here in December. What??? I asked how it can be confirmed to be “in stock” not once, but twice, and also be on a shipping container? We paid for it because it was in stock.After going into the store for a third time, we now have an estimated delivery day of November 23rd.So, I would rate the “in store” experience higher than 2 stars, but this is all I can give to the Sleep Country experience. Why buy a mattress anywhere else? Well…

To say that Dallin is anything less than amazing would be selling him short.He was professional and happily answered all the questions we had.I couldn’t recommended this man any more. I will 100% be recommending him and sleep country Abbotsford to my family and friends.

We bought a mattress here and are very happy with it. The service is very good and they have great products. We did have an issue with our mattress protector but they took it back and replaced it with no problems at all.
