Kanata Collision & Auto Glass

On October 31 2020 we met up with a full grown deer at highway speed in our 2017 Ford F-250 truck. The front end was destroyed as we hit Bambi square on the grill (all of us were OK). A call to my insurance broker rallied Warren Bailie (owner of Kanata Collision) on a Saturday morning. Warren called me, arranged for the tow truck and the car rental.The truck required extensive repairs (over $20,000) as deer bent grill, which bent radiator, which bent other components - a chain reaction. Kanata Collision kept me up to date with the estimates and timelines. During this pandemic everything has slowed down including parts delivery from Ford. They stayed on their suppliers and were able to get the majority of the items to fix the truck. A few trim pieces were still backordered and arrangements were made for me to return a few weeks later to have them installed.Since my insurance put a cap on the car rental allowance, Kanata Collision even covered the difference in cost so I was never out of pocket nor without a rental car.In short I cannot say enough good things about Kanata Collision. I have used them before for a windshield replacement but never for anything this large. Nobody ever wants to have to use a collision repair company but if you do find yourself in that position I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these folks. They will treat you fair and ensure that your baby" comes back looking as good or better than before your accident."

Just had my F150 fixed at Kanata Collision, and just wanted to post about the great job they did. I don't normally post reviews, but the service was exceptional so I figured I would. Warren went out of his way to find a replacement truck as a rental for me, as I am constantly needing the truck for a project when the incident happened. Believe it or not, the work was done faster than expected, and they even cleaned under the hood (which was a pleasant surprise when I popped the hood to help jumpstart a neighbor) (neighbor was impressed also). Wish I could give 6 stars.

I compared the quotations of at least four workshops, and finally chose the lowest quotation and the best rated Auto Glass to repair my vehicle. Warren and his guys didn't let me down. They were very patient, easy-going and friendly. I didn't feel any pressure to communicate with them. Because of the front windshield, I had to get my car back first. Warren and their guys drove me home. After the windshield was replaced, they personally delivered the car to my house.I recommend them and wish them better!

I am a repeat customer. Kanata Collison technicians did an excellent job repairing some rear end damage on one of my former vehicles. With that in mind I had them repair a series of stone chips above the windshield that were rusting on my current vehicle. Once again an excellent job. Friendly and reasonably priced.

They were able to book me in to replace a subaru windshield the next day - right before christmas! Service was quick, and the windshield has been perfect. They also washed down some of the floor mats, cleaned part of the dash, and even routed my dashcam cables cleanly and gave me a new adhesive for the mount that had to be taken off the old windshield. Amazing service, I would recommend for anyone who needs a windshield replaced to go here.

Kanata Collision has a fantastic and professional team. They did top notch work on our car's roof repair and windshield replacement. They even took the time to clean and detail the car which was a very pleasant surprise at pick up. Overall super happy and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Awesome work done by this business. They gave me a full quote over the phone. After that I came in on a Friday afternoon and they had my lip" (more like fangs) painted by the following Monday afternoon. Price was fair and job was good (slight imperfections but hardly even noticeable even when looking for them) they also matched the color very well. We'll see how they hold up against the elements but right now I'm very satisfied!! The reviews brought me to them and I hope my review will make you consider them even more."

Before I even knew I could go through my insurance, they gave me the best price and timing for a windshield replacement. On pick up the work was perfect, just like new. Was extremely pleasantly surprised to see they had cleaned the inside floor liners too and washed!! Very impressed!!!
