I had a wonderful massage session done... Felt so rejuvenated and refreshed when i finished... Lovely and serene ambience... Melanie was so warm and friendly.. Transported to a different world altogether... Great going guys!!!!

Highly recommend Melanie! She has a holistic approach and ensures that you’re comfortable during your massage. She is very much client-oriented and listens to what your needs are without pushing anything that might be out of your comfort zone. There’s free parking behind the building which is a bonus. Staff are friendly. Will definitely be a regular.

Calm and neat atmosphere. RMT Melanie was great from her experience, will go again for other equipment to buy like orthotics and glasses.

Recently I have to calm360 optical, Oshawa ,Downtown . I'm impressed with the collection of sunglasses. The price is reasonable and the staff are friendly. This center host wellness ( massage & physiotherapy). I would highly recommend giving it a shot.

Calm 360 is a one stop wellness clinic providing range of services. A thorough and professional setup with experienced and comforting staff who are always there to cater customers’ needs. Went there for an acupuncture session and it was nothing less than a magical experience.I was suffering from upper back issue for quite a while; booked an appointment. When I reached the clinic, acupuncturist asked me couple of questions to diagnose my issue and then he inserted needles to specific pulse points. After the session, suddenly my back pain was vanished. It’s been weeks now and I’m not having any issues with my back. Definitely will be visiting again to enjoy the exhilarating experience.
