My experience renting from GForce Car & Truck Rental has been preeminently exceptional. I’ve rented from the location twice and found each time a selection of great quality new vehicles for competitive rates along with professional and respectable service.I had the opportunity of speaking in length with the manager, Prem, and owner of the franchises, Jay, who were both great conversationalists that displayed an understanding of how to operate a great business.Re : some some of the negative reviews, I would urge those renting to understand the policies around insurance, vehicle damage, fuel levels, and kilometre limits. These are communicated to you at beginning of the rental, and as long as you practice the policies and engage with mutual respect, you will not come across issues of extra payments or penalties.My personal experience has been wonderful, the owner and employees are respectable, and the vehicles are great and competitive. I have no problem endorsing GForce to potential renters and encourage you to support ‘smaller businesses’. Thank you!

If I could give a zero i would! The whole purpose the rental truck business is if you make a reservation it guarantees the vehicle will be there! The rude workers who wouldn’t give their names, said they overbooked. This company is good at taking reservations but then tell you we don’t have the vehicle!!DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!They don’t seem to understand how you reserve vehicles in Canada!!

Car Rental company out to find means to extract money.. Absolutely not recommended ... apparently this rental agency does not trust it's own digital indicators.. I returned the car with fuelled up and saw the digital fuel reading .. distance to empty at 698 vs it was at 674 when I took it...but very conveniently the agency's believe that I did not fuel it up while returning even when cleary I confirmed them on call that I did... This haggle for every $$ spoilt the whole experience. I am willing to pay for using the vehicle & understanding did refuel it while returning .. not returning to them again. Users beware... Don't trust them. ...Car was ok nothing extraordinary..used a 2017 sedan so nothing great or fancy

These guys are greatAlmost half the price of all major competitorsI don’t want to name any names but you guys know who I’m talking about.All there cars are almost new and low mileage.Great service , can’t go wrong.
