The ladies that work here are amazing. My ring went in for resizing and a cleaning. Was supposed to get a call when it arrived back into the store and I never did. I called the store on the deadline date and the woman who spoke with me was AWESOME!! She profusely apologized and reassured me the ring was there and looked fabulous.When I came in to pick up the ring later that evening, she grabbed it right away and her personality was just so bubbly and warm. She made my experience so amazing! She even gave me tons of wedding tips. I just wish I remembered her name!! You know who you are - thank you!

I came here to have my rings cleaned ( since covid, I haven't been able to) I might add... It's the week of Christmas, there was people everywhere BUT Every time I've come here I've been treated with respect and with kindness and no matter HOW busy they are( and trust me they were) they treat you like you're the only person in their store and they have your full attention. The worker that helped me, must have been seasonal, or new...but he still did his best to help out when he could, he answered any questions I had. I ended up buying something ( my silicon ring!)even though I only went in for a ring cleaning. Good job team:) and thank you for being so people oriented and NOT rushing thru a sale .

Tanya was an amazing and wonderful lady to purchase from went above and beyond to help me get the perfect set. Depsite being unable to purchase my original planned set, just speaking with me a little bit was able to create a custom set that was exactly the vibe I was going for. Was so kind and went that extra mile to ensure I'd be happy truely apriciate how kind and helpful she is and can't wait to purchase from her again. Even got myself an extra necklace to match will be back soon!

Had an excellent experience at this Peoples. My daughter unexpectedly got upset when I said no to a necklace she wanted to get her Mom for Mother's Day (I learned quickly she has expensive taste for a 5 year old), and had difficulty choosing one in my price range. The staff were so great with her and gave her some candy to help her calm down and choose the perfect necklace. Tanya was great with my daughter and helped us pick the perfect necklace. The staff didn't push anything on us either so I was very impressed! Great staff and great service all around!

Always a wonderful experience with the ladies here. Tanya is beyond fantastic, helpful, kind , and knowledged. I purchased a pair of earrings here today for my daughters birthday. My husband has bought numerous pieces of jewelry from these amazing ladies over the years. Best customer service! We will be back.

I got a 14k bracelet worth $1000 regular price but $500 on sale for my boyfriend for our anniversary. The bracelet ended up breaking 3 times in the span of 6 months. People’s fixed it but it continued to break. I tried to return it and they would not give me my money back. I got store credit then bought a 10k chain for $600 dollars. I gifted the chain for Christmas, and while my boyfriend was sitting at the dinner table the chain broke and fell into his lap. He had the Italian gold 10k chain for only 2 months!!!!! I went back to get the chain fixed and they wanted to charge me $130 to get 2 links fixed. My boyfriends mother called head offices of peoples and they denied helping us out and gave us no help at all. Horrible service I will never shop there again and I will let everyone know the terrible experience from peoples.
