Had the opportunity to do business with this company few days ago. Very courteous booking my appt to the technician turning up to clean the ducts.Regrettable we did had a small Mishap at my home...I was incredibly impressed with the way things were remedied by the owner David!Not often do you see owners picking up the phone and a calling customers back.Way to go David! Greg came in to clean and adjust our dryer vent (commercial building). I can't say enough about how professional and clear he was with explaining what he was going to do and why. He reviewed his work with me after it was completed and provided his recommendations. Everything from initially contacting Dave, receiving a quote promptly and getting the work done and the follow up was a seamless process! I highly recommend them and will be using their services for regular maintenance.

A senior was having difficulty breathing so called for duct cleaning. Greg was very thorough pointed out a number of concerns, took before and after pics, and ensured system was operating at maximum efficiency. Within 2 days seniors breathing had improved greatly!!! Anticipate substantial savings on heating bills now too!! Definitely recommend Greg !! Ive used another duct cleaning company in past but No comparison!!!!

My entire experience with MODERN PurAir Oshawa was amazing. When I first called the telephone number the representative on the phone was very detailed and friendly. David was super helpful and genuine. Greg was thorough, knowledgeable and has a lovely sense of humour. I’m more than pleased with the Air quality testing and the Air Purifier!

Greg came in and was very professional. There were some challenges with our home that we overcame (cut ceiling drywall to reach ducts) with no issues. My wife commented on how clean his service vehicle was (immaculate). The machine does most of the work, but the guy operating it is outstanding. I would recommend him to anyone. John

We were very happy to have found Greg! We booked Greg for our duct & vent cleaning after having completed some home renovations. He provided us with very informative tips regarding what we should do to ensure our duct & vents are working optimally, which we found incredibly helpful. Greg showed us images of all of the debris and dust particles he removed from the vents, which was a considerable amount due to the recent renovation. Very professional, passionate about his job and would highly recommend A++++
