The girl who did my little sister’s nails cut her multiple times and as a result of that she bled a lot. The girl saw the blood and didn’t try to help my sister clean it right away and she moved on onto the other hand instead. The moment she was done with her other hand (which she also cut her a few times) came back to the finger that bled however the blood was already dry. She also made them a lot shorter than what she asked for and all her nails weren’t equal. The design was nice however after all of that trouble it wasn’t worth it. Plus since my sister is a young student, the nail tech took advantage of that charging her 60$ and she had the audacity to ask her (and kept insisting) is she going to pay with tips (my sister did pay it with tips because she didn’t want to be mean and it was her first time doing it as well.) My sister wasn’t happy at all with the result and cried later on. It’s so unprofessional. I usually don’t do bad reviews but this time was really too much.

I love this place my nails are always as i ask, very clean and the lady is a sweetheart, so nice. My nails last very long, i started bringing all my friends here it is the best place for nails on the south shore.

Amazing service at this nail salon. The first time I went was with my mother(who has had bad experiences in the past getting pedicures).The owner Flory was so kind and gentle,always checking if my mother was comfortable. Since then I've been going to this place and always leave happy. The place is clean,the massage chairs are amazing(you might fall asleep lol) and their prices are reasonable.You can tell the owner makes a point of ensuring great customer service as the nail techs are always friendly too.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I’m so sad to make this review because I thought this would be the place I’d be able to keep going to. I had my nails and toes done before vacation almost 5 weeks ago and I also take my two daughters here but I got the worst infection on my toe. It ruined my entire vacation. I had to find a doctor, get medication and I couldn’t participate in any hikes or walks because it was too painful in my shoes.I thought they did a really good job on the manicures but I can’t get over getting my first infection from a pedicure.

This is a great place to get your nails done. Friendly service and the salon is nicely kept. I am always satisfied with my mani-pedi. I highly suggest to make an appointment as there aren’t many technicians and it can get really busy.

the man who cut my nails was very rude with me because I told him the design that I wanted and he disinvited me in a way. I asked the lady to do a blue French tip and she messed up multiple times. At the end she asked me if I liked it, I said “it wasn’t like I wanted” so I asked her to restart and she got offended. I said I will not pay for something I don’t like, she restarted them but the result was awful! I won’t be coming back and it’s too expensive for nails.

Very good service! The lady took her time to do my nails throughout the whole process. She made them exactly like a picture I showed her. She even took nice pictures of them.
