Always have to ask this location to cut my bagel!!!! They never toast anything properly. Even asking for it double toasted doesnt do anything & I literally paid a dollar just to spread half my bagel...... ...

Great service! Friendly and helpful staff that I give 5 stars. Unfortunately, the location was out of stock for several items, which is the only reason for a 4-star rating.

Got the wrong bagel and the wrong drink. Had to go back in. Replacement bagel was drenched with way too much butter, was dripping everywhere. The mocha latte wasn't full, seems like they skimped a bit, and the bagel wasn't cut in half, kinda annoying.

I am going to this store for more than 6 years, all staff are so nice, polite and fast. The store manager who is Sarah and other staff especially Maryam and Joan are so so nice.

Orders a wrap and no tomatoe got wrong wrap with tomatoe n handed not in a bag, went back for no tomatoe wrap for given sand which with different meat and told they have nothing else very rude service waste of money

So it was 7am on a Saturday morning no car in the lineup and no customers in the store…I went to the car pick up window because I was walking my dog the two employees wouldn’t even speak to me so they got the supervisor and she said can’t service you there you have to come in the store so I went in the store and they said no dogs then they said they were calling the police I said ok thankfully a customer heard the whole thing and bought me a coffee don’t go to this Tim’s no customer service at all

I feel like I should acknowledge the staff and service I receive from this location. Despite driving past 4 other locations, I visit this location every morning on my way to work and it is an absolute pleasure. I have the pleasure of seeing Joanne at the drive through; she has made a point to remember my order and asks how my kids are doing every morning. Joanne and all the ladies working in the mornings always have a smile on their faces and I find it a great way to start my day. The morning staff are absolutely amazing and they all deserve praise! Thank you!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour, I ordered a herb and garlic everything bagel toasted and warmed. I received a worthless soggy plain cream cheese bagel. If I didn't know better I would call this bagel a cry for help from the employees. This restaurant needs to be demolished, cleaned with holy water and rebuilt with competent workers. I could not be more ashamed to have this public disservice in my local area.

Coffee is ok, but tea is not hot and not made according to training video, english muffin breakfast sandwich is NEVER toasted, wraps are not grilled. food is served superquick though! i guess that's important for TIm Hortons. The woman and the window during the day is VERY nice !!
