Came in for a oil change and tire on rims swap since my regular mechanic next door was really busy. Moments into the job their mechanic has taken off the rear drums cover to look into the brakes and came to me saying it needs to be replaced and it going to cost upwards of $500 for everything. Note that I didn't ask them to. Advised them that I don't want this done. When they finished the oil and tire change and gave me my car I see my handbrakes off its regular adjustment and the handbrake light is on and my ABS light is on. None of which was an issue before I brought the car in. The mechanic then tells me that when he got the car the light was on, which also wasn't the case. When I complained regarding these things the mechanic took the car back in to check it out and when I asked the front desk lady why he even opened my brakes when I came in for a simple job she's like she doesn't know. I asked them to give me back the car same as I brought it in which of course they couldn't do. Just walked out and now will book time with my regular guy to go over and fix the issues. Now the car brakes differently Guys once you find a mechanic you trust don't go elsewhere! Based on my experience I would never come to this ship again.

Quick service and reasonable prices - can't really ask for more from a 3rd party auto shop. I've been coming here for all my auto repair/maintenance needs for the last 5 years or so, and haven't been let down yet! They accommodate walk-ins as much as they can but calling ahead to book an appointment really does improve the experience!

Been coming here since Oct. 2015 after I bought a 2012 Civic. That winter I drove over an icy snow block and shattered the plastic under cover, and since my battery was dying (left car lights on at work the week before), I came in for a new battery, oil change, and under cover fix. They priced fairly and did the job promptly. The family here is dependable, and that reliability is all I'm really looking for as an average maintenance-aware driver.UPDATE: 2020-04-15 I went for my regular oil change and winter tire swapout and noticed they installed viewing screens in the waiting room of 4 cameras on the work area. A great trust-but-verify add-on and improves my confidence in this biz's integrity further.

These guys are great. Suspension issue fixed over night for a great price!

I went to the shop today for winter tire change. After they changed the tires they laid the tires on my back seat on top of my jacket. The tires were very dirty and muddy and they just put it there with no regard. When I called in they didn't apologize instead they told me there was no room to put them despite I already LAID THEM ON THE FLOOR when I brought them in. I told them you could have told me or just put my jacket on the front passenger seat. I got the answer we are sorry this is not a DRY CLEANING we are just mechanics. All I wanted was decent apology but they were very offensive. Anyway I am not going there again. They are not that good anyway last time I was there the dealer told me they installed one of the wheels incorrectly. AVOID I have been going to this place for 3 yrs and this is how they treat me!!!!

Welcoming front reception and the mechanics are willing to speak with you. I went in to do my emissions test, had such good service, decided to go back for an oil change then went back because a check engine light came on. All in the same timeI recommended another person to visit. Their vehicle was taken for a few days and problem “fixed”. However within a few days the issues returned and they wanted to charge again to look at the problem that they failed to fix in the first place.My check engine lights came back on and the break down of what was said to have been done upon further investigation wasn’t.When we looked into everything we were grossly over charged. For one of the vehicles we, brought it to their attention but they were not able to really explain. Really disappointed. Not going back. This business is tough to find honesty and quality work!

Been coming here for years, since they were on Mississauga rd. They've always been honest with me about what's needed for safety vs stuff thats maybe noisy but not harming the car. Fair prices, easy to schedule with.

Great place...reasonable quote and kind reception and accurate diagnosis and work. I will come back for sure for maintenance.

Went in for a simple repair. I had already completed my homework to know the cost of the part from the dealer and roughly how much time it would take. They took a look at it and told me they would give me a quote in the morning. Called me back and said the part was over $210, an additional $50 for fluids and 2 hours labour at 80/hr + taxes and coming out at $490.Went to another shop , they got the part for $125 and knocked out the fix in 45 min + $30 for fluids. Came out to $200 and change. LA Auto has lost me and all personal references. Thanks for the ride LA Auto.

Would not recommend as I did not receive honest advise. First off, the mechanic said Honda's dont require the wheels to be torqued (totally absurd and unsafe) when I went to get my winter tires off. He also tried to charge me almost $500 to replace a muffler when all that was broken was a rusted pipe which I got welded at another shop for $100. I even suggested he did this but he kept pushing me to purchase a whole new muffler.I know more about cars than the average person and I found it shocking when they tried to upsell me.
