I had several duvets dry cleaned and pants altered here! The lady was always very friendly, very accommodating, and she always got the job done to a high standard. This is my go-to place for Roncy dry cleaning and alterations.

The lady who runs the shop is such a sweetheart! The quality of the service is undeniable, and the items are always ready on time (if not earlier)! I’ve been to a few places around the area, and it’s been pretty disappointing… I’ve been super happy since I found this spot

Always friendly service and quality alterations, switched to greenfield permanently after experiencing a litany of issues with another provider in the immediate area. Never has she lost, burned, ruined an item of mine, will happily support as long as I live in the area.

This man truly has no idea what customer service is. I've had a few issues that would be no big deal. One, a pair of pants came back with a missing button. I mean it took 2 minutes and a button to fix, but he had to call me a liar and say it was my fault. Like I'm going around town scamming dry cleaners out of buttons. I wouldn't trust this place with anything. Unfortunately, his wife is a great person and very kind, and gets it. But as long as he is still there I would go far out of my way to avoid this place.
