when I first walked in I was a bit discouraged especially for someone who never goes into stores like this, but djay was very helpful overall great dude now every time I go into Michael kors he’s the only one I deal with, if he isn’t working than I’ll come back when he is, tell him Brett sent you he’ll help you!I purchased a purse and shades for my girlfriend already be coming back for more.

Products are cool and and all, but it would be really nice to know the price of things. I’m always having go on an excavation just to find the price of your products. Does your company assume everyone has limitless money and don’t care about how much stuff is and just buy it? Staff are okay. Some of them will tell me the promotion of the day, others will will just greet me then leave. Another associate just said hi to me then started talking to another customer. Guess it shows that if you don’t dress like you have money, you won’t be treated like it either. I will continue to shop her though because I do like looking at their products.

Had to return a purse which was never opened and had original receipt and was only purchased a month and few days of time. The sales man said oh sorry it's over 30 days we can only give you store credit which I understand. However a product that is still on your floor, hasn't been opened from its packing and still has original receipt should be valid enough for a full refund. Staff seriously needs to be nicer cause when they want the sale, they are but for refunds, they aren't nice.

Visited the store to buy a watch as a birthday gift, they only had a display watch in stock which I didn't want to buy. I asked employee how long online order would take to ship, she said 3-6 business days. So I placed the order online and the website by default picked the shop address.It was ready for pick up after a day and it turns out they packed the display for me. Like what was point of me ordering online when I am paying for new watch and still getting the display. Now i'll have to wait for MK to hopefully ship me a new'' watch which i'll receive almost 5 days after my friends birthday. Employees were helpful to re-order a new one but why not just ship a new one in the first place."

The MK costumer service sucks big time, I bought a bag what I couldn’t find in the store, they sent me a totally random bag, now MK doesn’t want to fix the mistake, I ended up without the money and without the product I ordered and im stuck with a random bag…awful experience, times wasted on calls and emails back and forth without a solution, never again shopping from MK.

Great staff always polite and not hovering trying to get you yo buy something. Goid quality products

Anyone that knows me will confirn that I am a big supporter of the local economy and I would always give preference to our merchants. The other day I wanted to purchase a smart watch for my wife. The ones on display looked pretty nice, but as it turns out the one I wanted was sold out at that store. I selected another one, however I wasn't too sure what their return policy was, and I inquired in case she did not like it. It turns out that once it was open it was no longer returnable. I did not like that. If you can't stand behind yuour product don't sell it. At a quick glance on Amazon I found watch I wanted for a better price, and it could be returned within 90 days and it could be delivered within two days vs one week for the store to get the one I wanted. That was a no brainer. If you have a store, take note of who your competitors are and do better than them. It was not a pleasant experience at all to shop in there.
