We have been using jamie’s services for many years. He is always reliable and works efficiently. Living in an older home with an unreliable furnace many calls were made to jamie for help. He always responds promptly and made sure we had heat. Jamie has serviced our air conditioning unit as well as upgraded our furnace. We are thrilled with his efforts and will be using him again to replace our AC unit in the near future.

Jamie went above and beyond to make sure that we got our boiler back up and running. Being an older boiler, parts were not easy to find. Other companies would have recommended we replace the boiler; however, Jamie did a great job at troubleshooting the issue and repairing the unit. He made sure to keep us updated and informed on the work he was doing, which made for a great experience. I purchased a Flow Through Humidifier from a big box store that offered installation services. Every installer that called me said that they would only install units that they provide. They told me stories about how the unit I bought was no good and useless and would leak in an effort to upsell me on one of theirs.When I finally called Norman Mechanical I was pleasantly surprised and relieved. Yes, he can install the humidifier and no, he did not try to sell me something else. Jamie showed up on time, was responsive to questions and was really professional. He did a great job at troubleshooting an issue with the sensor, literally thinking outside of the box to get things to work. I would 1000% call them for future service.Many many thanks!
