My daughter did aerial hoop class and intro to Hula hoop for about 6 months to a year! . Annette is a great teacher! I’m not sure the hula hoop instructors name but she’s great also!!Highly recommend!

Annette and the instructors at The Fly Factory are so welcoming. Beginning aerial classes can be intimidating. Each class is so fun and everyone is supportive. I’ve really enjoyed pushing my abilities with pole fitness in such a safe environment. Highly recommend trying it out!

We just love the Fly Factory. My 11yr old daughter has been taking private aerial hoop lessons with Annette Swamp. Annette is so patient and kind and goes the extra mile to make sure my daughter understands the lessons and even does them with her. We are hooked!! The classes are amazing but the instructor is the best! FLY Factory!!!

A friend recommended The Fly Factory to me and brought me to one of Annette’s classes back in March. Within the first few minutes at the start of the class I knew I would be coming back. Each class I have taken has pushed me towards not only improving my physical strength, flexibility, and stamina, it’s also pushed me to find confidence in myself. Annette has created one of the most beautiful atmospheres that is so accepting and carefree, welcoming anyone of all shapes and sizes. I owe The Fly Factory, but mostly I owe Annette, the world for teaching me how to fall in love with myself.

I have been part of the FLY Factory for 2 years. I absolutely LOVE going to hoop class! Annette is an amazing instructor. Class isn't just learning hoop. We laugh A LOT!! We have become family. I would like to try pole fitness class too. Annette has built SO much more than an aerial instruction business. You are missing out if you don't give The FLY Factory a chance!

I would highly recommend Annette at The Fly Factory in Massena! Annette and her team are the definition of women empowering women! From pole classes to aerial hoop you will come out of class feeling strong and confident. The teachers are so patient and make you feel so comfortable! Try this class to build self esteem or use it as a workout class, either way you will come back!

Annette and Whitney are fantastic instructors. They make you feel so comfortable and welcomed, I love being at the Fly Factory it’s always such a great time with lots of laughs plus all the girls there are like family always cheering you on and wanting to see you achieve. All the classes they teach are very rewarding and fun!!! I’m so blessed to call them my Fly Family ❤️
