Great experience there today, the lady that answered some questions for me after my health card renewal was a pleasure to speak with. Very friendly!

Every time I have been there I have had a great experience. I've used other Service Ontario centers and the staff are usually cranky and miserable, but with the New Hamburg office I'm always greeted with a smile and a very knowledgeable person. I go to this office every chance I get!

Went there for an address change, definitely got the work done. Quick service.However it wasn't really a welcoming/warm conversation with the agent. There seemed to be a cold commanding tone in it. I did already bore a smile prior to coming in, but that didn't work.Hopefully, others don't have any such experience.Customer service skills may need development.

In my opinion, this service Ontario location operates much better than any other I've been too. Shorter wait times and staff that is friendly, helpful and efficient.

Came in to get my plate stickers renewed. Their computer systems kept crashing and of course crashed while doing my transaction. My debit transaction approved just as it crashed. They called whomever it is they call only to have me charged again. I asked the lady are you about to double charge me for the same transaction. She said no were refunding you. I thought in my head I’ve worked with debit machines for over 15 years you never had to refund me anything but ok I’ll take your word for it, you know the system not me. Guess what they double charged me not refunded me the money. So that’s 177$x2. I call my banking institution because when I got home service Ontario was closed. Scotia bank put in two investigations and told me to go directly back to the facility. I wait in line for like fifteen min only to find out they had known for five days that they double charged me but never bothered to give a courtesy call explaining this and that they are in the process of refunding the money. Also found out it’s going to take 10 days for a refund to go through.... as far as I’m concerned debit refunds are immediate you just need my card again.... pathetic operation, lack of customer service and get a computer system that actually works. Their system crashed twice while I was waiting in line to speak to a rep about my refund. Won’t be coming back here even tho I live two min up the road. I’d rather wait twenty min in line at a facility in the city to have proper customer service and pro active problem solving. What a great Christmas waiting on that 177$ I needed for gifts. December 24 is when I could have the money back.

Ohhh tough one. While the brunette woman is beyond miserable, there is absolutely no line up. I’d rather deal with her disdain for life than stand in line.

Hi I do not recommend this Ontario service the brunette lady was very short with me and stated I did not have all the information required I went to the service Ontario in Waterloo and had forgot to bring a piece of information with me and they were still able to assist… if you have a hard time here I highly recommend not returning and going else where!

Fast friendly service. Wish Drive Test centers were this good. Way better than going into the city.

This was by a land slide the best service we've ever had at a Service Ontario location. We arrived right at 9am opening to do change of address. We had 2 health cards, a drivers license, and 2 car ownerships changed over and we left the building at 9:05am. Insanely efficient, friendly, and kind service!!

The best experience I have ever had at a Service Ontario!! There was no line up and I was doing a few different vehicle related things that the staff completed extremely quickly and efficiently!! Staff super knowledgeable and friendly, I am glad this is our new Service Ontario location!
