Hit a coyote on the road in my 2011 Ford escape and you could never even tell. They fixed everything including going above and beyond to ensure the car was up to snuff. The car looks 5 years newer just by the amazing job setting all the parts and repairing everything. After everything I was gonna take it for a car wash after it got repaired but they detailed not only the interior but the exterior as well.Could not recommend them enough.They made everything quick, easy and painless. No hidden this or that. Even gave us a courtesy car because our insurance didn’t cover rentals.100/10 stars

Don't waste your time with a call the lady at the reception is very rude. She will not give you the time of day to answers any questions and basically hung up on me. Nice customer service.

Absolutely THE worst experience I've ever had. First time there, great. Second time there, worst. Don't even get me started on their receptionist. I've had better conversations with a crayon than her. I've already not recommended this place to 3 friends and family since.

Chris and the crew did an amazing job on my 2008 Ram 3500 Megacab. They were able to source out a full replacement passenger side rear door. Work was impeccable and clean. They even cleaned out my interior. They took their time as they knew the truck means a lot. Would not hesitate to get my work done there.

Communication is very important! I asked the receptionist 3 separate times how much my total bill was going to be and it was consistent throughout my entire interaction until the day I picked up the vehicle where the bill increased $500. I was VERY clear each time I asked how much MY TOTAL BILL was going to be and she confidently told me $200 EACH TIME! I was completely blindsided at pick up without any consideration to their responsibility in this lack of accurate information. Not everyone can afford to just add an extra $500 to the bill at the last minute and I had to scramble to pull together the funds so they would release my vehicle. Such a shame because they were really easy to work with prior to the pick up, I was very happy with the work. Had the communication been accurate from the beginning, or even ONE of the conversations I had with the front desk then this review would have been much different.

My vehicle was in an accident March 22, and they were able to get my vehicle in very quickly. Highly enjoy their customer service and the work they did on my van. Very impressed! Casey even did me a favour in retrieving a lost key in my console! Would definitely use them over any body shop in Chilliwack!
