Amazing Customer Service! I had purchased this beautiful multi coloured amber ring from Taraxca in 2014. I absolutely love it and I get many compliments on it. Over the holidays a few weeks ago, I knocked my hand and the yellow amber was damaged and fell out. I went on the website to see if I could replace my ring. They no longer sell this design. I sent Taraxca an email - hoping maybe they could help. WOW do they provide amazing customer service!!! Within days I shipped the ring back to them ( I live in Toronto), and it was promptly replace and sent back to me. New amber, and shiny like new. Thank you for your help Elizabeth ! I can't wait to shop again when I am back in town :)

I have purchased several lovely pieces from both this store and the airport location; very well priced for solid pieces of well crafted silver jewelry. I was elated last year when I found a piece containing both ammolite and ice-age mammoth tusk ivory (which is the only allowable ivory to be traded). Staff are welcoming and pleasant.
