Select Equipment Rentals has been our go to rental store for generators and any small equipment since 2008. Their customer service has been CONSISTENTLY stellar, they have bent over backward to accommodate our tight time lines without a hint of hesitance. (Ty is one of the nicest service agent). Being in a business where the equipment have to be going steady during use, none of the equipment we have rented has ever failed us. This company has been around for this long for a reason. Great customer service, reliable equipment and reasonable prices. We will be customers for life.

Very poor customer service, no appreciation or understanding for their customer.I rented a piece of equipment from this location. The equipment was not properly serviced or maintained. The job I had took twice as long to complete, the equipment leaked and was rusty and not greased properly. I have over 20 years of heavy equipment experience, this machine would not have been allowed on most job sites I have worked.When I brought forth these concerns to management, I was treated with disrespect and attitude. They ignored my comments and experience and upset with me reporting it.All smiles and friendly until they get your money. On return of the rental they just don't care anymore.I thought a professional rental house would have higher than average, quality of equipment; not the other way around. I will not bring anymore business here again.I can only image how unfamiliar persons are treated, and the difficulties they face with equipment problems.

I've rented quite a bit from here. Compare the prices to the big box stores and you'll be surprised how much you will save. The units you rent are always in great shape and they go out if their way to make sure everything is working properly for you.

Rented twice over the course of two weeks. Machines worked very well. When I had issues (my fault) they were very happy to help me get back to work! Great place for a weekend warrior to rent tools and machines.

Prices are comparable to Home Depot. But here you get way better equipment for those prices. Like stump grinders from HD didn't even have teeth, would've taken 10+ hrs, but the one I got from here only took an hour to do the job.This was my first time renting from them so don't have much experience, but I got the impression that they maintain their equipment better than Home Depot.

I can't give good enough reviews for Select Equipment Rentals. I needed a log splitter last minute, and they accommodated. Excellent price compared to other log splitter rental companies. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff as well! Thanks again!

Rented a pneumatic lifting device. Good quality tool and the rental includes an air compressor. Good pricing compared to Herc rentals.

Long time customer, they strive to satisfy and please.They have gone above and beyond on many occasions.Places like this quickly push out competition because of the way they care for their customers.That being said, some of their rental products are in a well used state and have left me stranded, no worry though as they always come through to help solve your issues, but some new equipment swap outs is without question needed.Will continue to be a customer for the foreseeable future.

I've rented obscure hard to find tools such as an air skid for appliances and a toe-kick saw from this place in St. Albert on a few different occasions and I have always gotten equipment in great condition that worked well.I see a few one star reviews on here from folks that maybe did not know how to use the equipment themselves. If you know how s sewer camera works you know the best images come on the way out NOT during or on the forward push.If you rent equipment and do not understand what you are renting then I am sure the gentlemen here would be very informative on showing how to use and adjust it all you need to do is ask.
