Had to get a rush grading plan for an inground pool. They were able to fit me into a quick window where other land surveyors were booking 8weeks out. I would recommend for any residential needs.

We would recommend this surveying company, hands down. We needed a land grade plan done to apply for a building permit and didn't know where to begin. Both Jennifer and Emily from the office were so pleasant and more than helpful. The surveyor and his assistant who came out to our property were wonderful to deal with too. They let me follow them around the yard and answered any and all questions. I actually learned a thing or two. Weeks later, after staking the excavation site, we realized we should have gone bigger. We contacted the county and they told us we had to redo the permit application process all over. Once again, I turned to Jewitt and Dixon for assistance. Guess what? They pulled through for us again. They redid the plan with the new dimensions and had it to me within a few hours. I never met them face to face because we are in a pandemic, but if I had, I know it would have been service with a smile! Thank you Jewitt and Dixon Ltd! Keep up the good work!
