Very poor responsiveness. We spoke of budget on the phone, I prepared a entire file, submit it by email and then suddenly their minimum budget threshold is 3x what we have discussed over the phone. Moreover, the were no response by email for weeks until I decided to call them. The Final touch was that gentlemen who answered my call forgot to put himself on mute and made joke about the response he was going to give me. Rare lack of professionalism and of responsiveness.

Les seuls qui m'ont présenté un projet avec des idées nouvelles. Ils ont été capables de créer une structure solide, originale, des matériaux haut de gamme et surtout, ils ont trouvé des solutions aux multiples contraintes d'une cours urbaine...Merci d'avoir été à la hauteur de mes attentes et d'avoir ajouter cette pièce des plus conviviales et, en même temps très intime à ma maison.Merci de m'avoir donner le goût d'être tout le temps dehors !!!

Unfortunately, although I was interested in using their service, their phone representative could not speak or understand any English at all. Although I can speak French, it was quite a technical project that I wanted to discuss and I needed to properly explain it. They lost a contract. This has not been an issue anywhere else as we can usually make ourselves mutually understood as we usually do in Quebec...but not this time.

I called to get some information the person answered spoke no English, their name of the business is in English, but no one their speak it? I guess I will be spending my dollars at a landscaping company that can communicate with me in English.

This company will only hire French ppl and only speak French to a possible client that only speaks English , I was born in BC where we speak English , the lady on the phone only speaks French and won’t bother to try and speak English I’ll never hire this company until they learn that French ain’t the only language here in Canada

We contracted for an upscale roof top deck downtown. M.O.L. provided design support and 3-D drawings to match all our ideas and needs. They included Lighting Plan to provide a feel good atmosphere. Their huge selection of materials and colours for the seat pads fits anyone's needs. Work was executed on time and as scheduled in spite of terribly cold and wet conditions. It's so beautiful we can't wait to get out and use it. Quality and efficiency are their trade marks. These guys are the ultimate 'outdoor' Experts. Highly recommend them.
