Jessie the owner is incredible with her knowledge, energy and creating a safe space for all levels. Very clean, calm environment with incredible lake views to ease you into a perfect mental space to work on your body!

Jessie is great. She is knowledgable and always seems to know what i need. I felt at ease right away. She also makes me work hard which is great. I would highly recommend Jessie and Studio Viva.

Jessie’s studio is the perfect place to take a little me time and focus on your body. Every session is always fun and goes by way too fast! No better way to work out than looking over Okanagan Lake!

Doing Pilates with Jessie at Studio Viva has taken my Pilates exercises to the next level. The beautiful setup overlooking Okanagan Lake with the newest equipment is only being surpassed by Jessie‘s professional teaching methods. By always paying attention to the physical and mental condition of her clients, she makes every lesson an enormous joy with her positive, attentive and fun attitude. I don’t think I have ever left a class without having laughed or a grin on my face. If you really want to do something good for your emotional and physical well-being book a class with Jessie. I promise you will not regret it. And how can you beat this view?

Each workout is customized to your body and abilities and I always leave our sessions feeing amazing. My strength has increased, posture has improved and overall well-being has benefited from my time with Jessie. She is hands down the best in Kelowna - and I’ve tried them all.

Jessie has been great to work with. For someone at my age, who has never done Pilates before, she has done a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable and explaining each move in a way that I can understand.
