In a world where takes a sneeze to dupe a gullible customer into spending thousands on a plumbing emergency, Avelino is the Camelot. He showed up, on time, with his wife as crew, and first diagnosed the issue (backed up sewage caused by roots in clay pipes). Didn’t charge a penny. Gave me a quote and said he’d come back to fix everything once he gets a crew together. Two days later, they fixed everything while I was out for the day. Charged me LESS than what he had quoted. He didn’t have to do it. I had already accepted the fact that I’d be “plumbing poor”. Huge respect for Avelino. What a gentleman, and a high-class professional. I will tell all my neighbours about him. And above all, will use him as an example for my kids. You don’t have to make top dollar to move your business forward.

The plumber was working on a drain across the street. I asked him if he could fix a big problem with a tap. He was willing to look, graciously took care of it on the spot, and then gave careful instructions for using the new tap. Highly recommended.
