Excellent service by friendly and competent staff, even in the Pandemic. Call ahead, make an appointment. Consulate at the 9th floor. Parking on the street or at several parking garages on the area.

Thier phone is always busy, but when they DO answer they are really kind and willing to help...Out of maybe 6 times on different dates I have tried to call, they answered once.

The facilities are good enough however for the Colombian people the treatment you received is not what you expect. Since the Covid arrived you must book first an appointment but the website doesn't work properly.
