I work on a medivac crew coming off a night shift at 4am. The lady in the drive-through would not let us make 3 orders. There was no one else in the drive-through. When I tried to add to another order she made things very difficult. Terrible service

I can't believe how difficult it is to get the correct order. I can't count how many times I've ordered here and either received the wrong amount or wrong items. If you can't do your job, don't work there. It's not difficult. I must check my order bag each and every time I go there. I shouldn't have to do this. Terrible place.

the new self check out kiosk does not really offer it all, so most of the time, the counter is still best. the cleanliness is really good, and always a good place to hang around with friends. however, the play place feels alot smaller than it used to be.the food is ok, but the fountain pop, you have to taste first as sometimes it is bland.i have only tried the drive thru 3-4 times, and i think it is more convenient now than before. the turn around is alot better now too, and the pay process is now faster.

Excellent customer Service. I really appreciate McDonald’s service. McDonald’s is one the busy restaurant in thompson but its service is very good and fast.

Thompson has the distinct pleasure of offering the worst customer service of any McDonald's that I have visited across the Country. I firmly believe it is because they have the where else are you going to go" attitude...and sadly

Went through drive through for a quick bite, they had us confirm order at twice at order screen due to the visual order confirmation being broken, confirmed order at pay window, yet the second we pull up to receive our food they try handing us wrong items. When we mention this, with frustration as we have literally repeated our order out 5 times. They ask us to come inside without giving us any of reciept or food. Once inside the front counter staff had no idea what was going on and then start getting super defensive that its not their fault when I'm getting more and more frustrated. I wasn't the only one with issues as not long after they started to correct my order another person came in with issues.
