This is the best place in Southern Ontario to take your dog for daycare and boarding.My little guy has been going here once a week for over a year now and I've never seen him more excited to go somewhere before. He loves everyone there, and we know he is being treated very well. Doggy socializing is done in a supervised environment so we know that he will be safe at all times. It is cage free, so he gets to be around other dogs and other people.The cost might be a bit higher than other businesses, but you are getting amazing service for what they charge.A big shout out to Scotty, Mary, and Marie who are all amazing people.I would recommend this place to literally anyone who cares about the wellbeing of their doggo.

We’ve been going to Club FPS for over a year now and are consistently thrilled with the level of care that our pup Kavi receives while she visits. She has done many daycare days and overnights, as well as two week long stays while we travelled and it is wonderful to have a place where we know our girl is well taken care of while we’re off (the photo updates and holiday themed shoots are a wonderful bonus as well) Thanks so much to the FPS team, we appreciate you!

I can't say enough great things about Family Pet Services. They were recommended to me by a family member and I have used both their daycare and boarding services. I have a special needs dog who is both diabetic and blind. The staff are so caring and patient with him, even though he is really good at figuring out his way around on his own. He gets so excited when I tell him its daycare day :) Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, loving place for your dog.

Amazing people. My dog have anxiety issues and doesn’t go along with other dogs. But he had good time there. I would highly recommend this place.

The team at Family Pet Services is incredible! We have a very anxious cavapoo and he LOVES going to daycare here. Every time we drop him off, he runs right in with his tail wagging. Great service. The staff genuinely cares for my dogs. Training services are top notch. My dogs get so excited to go and don't want to leave. Great play areas keep my dogs happy! Highly recommend.

Wonderfully caring and knowledgeable. I board my energetic German Shepherd with FPS with peace of mind and have sought their training services when standard methods weren’t effective for her. Daycare is highly structured and supervised, and trainers will intervene when necessary so the dogs are learning while playing and having fun. Highly recommended!

If you're looking for a place that truly cares for your dog(s), you have to take them to FPS. The staff are like a warm family. The service is impeccable. The facilities are everything your pet needs. We've been taking our very nervous chihuahua rescue for regular daycare sessions for the past few months, and he's like a changed dog. Overnight boarding has also been a great experience. Highly recommend!
