My husband and I received excellent service from Kathryn! We had many questions going into our appointment and Kathryn graciously answered them in a way that we understood. She was patient and broke down different financial options which gave us the confidence to make strong financial decisions. We will return here in the future!

This review is for Kathryn Sek, she is an absolute gem and expert in her field. If you need a mortgage, without hesitation, Kathryn is your person. I’m so happy she is in our lives :)

Very horrible experience at this branch.I visited their 3 times to closing my debit card and every time they gave different excuses. Simply they are very lazy to do their job.I booked appointment and it was with a lady representive .I visited there she said go to teller for close the card, they can do this. I waited longer time in line up and then I request to teller he said you need to reset pin and come again with new pin .I went there after resetting the pin 2nd time again and waited too much in line they told me that u can close it on phone.I called 4 times to BMO they said you will have to visit nearby branch.3rd time visited again and lady teller told me that u can come tomorrowFinally the booked appointment in another location and they closed the card quickly in 10 minutes .The main things is even after appointment my request was not completed at this branch, so what we can expect from the tellers .You're guys need to approve your customer service

Very nice looking upscale kind of branch, spacious and very big. I don't usually go there but there's usually a longer lineup due to the location. Wasn't much of a wait. 3 tellers were open. Didn't have any issues with the transaction I went to do. It's nice that it opens up from the inside and outside for access to ATM machine during off hours.

An outstanding customer service by Kathryn Sek ,, I am so impressed by her professionalism, problem solving, communication skills and customer handling ,, I should applaud BMO HR for having such amazing employees

Been depositing around Mississauga and Hamilton, but Lorraine in square one is the best teller I’ve ever encountered in BMO! She’s ever so fast and friendly! Great Job Lorraine.

My first visit to BMO square one shopping centre branch to open an new account was extremely disappointing. Branch Manager Mohammad showed no regard for customer service, as he spent the entire time chatting with his buddy instead of assisting us.Thankfully, Pino stepped in and went out of his way to book an appointment for us next week. We only went to this branch based on a friend's recommendation, but Mohammad's lack of helpfulness was a major letdown.

Unfortunately I am giving this low rating based on one employee who in my opinion should not represent BMO. I was parking in the infant parking because I had my 9month old in the car along with my handicap mother. I passed the spot WITH my signal on because I was reversing in. your employee came so close to my car so I could no longer back up, he then continue to park himself into the spot. I waited to see if he had an child or infant he did not. I asked him to move and explained my child and mother were in the car, he told me his kid was in the mall grabbed his brief case and headed to WORK. When I asked him to move again he flipped me off, it's disgusting to have employees wearing you badge represent your business. He is a middle aged south Asian man driving beige infinity SUV not a teller has an office. I hope a manager speaks to him about his actions and the reputation it gives your company. Came yesterday to deposit a cheque, waited in the line for 45 min because there was only one teller and 25+ people in line waiting, Manager was chatting to employees instead of help people, asked them to make sure my chq is available right away, they said sure and guess what, it is on HOLD, what is the point to go to teller if u still holding a chq that I’ve been depositing for almost a year. Shame on you and can not wait to change the bank.

This branch doesn't even deserve a single star... I have been attempting to contact the branch while abroad. I needed to remove overdraft protection and provide a letter confirming cancellation of this financial tool. I needed to provide this to a lender for a home purchase overseas.The branch does not answer their phones, voice messages or emails. I was able to make an appointment with someone, they were limited in what they could provide at the time. Unfortunately, the form the provided did not meet the requirements of the other lender. Now, I have been trying to get in contact with the branch for another 5 days...Do not give this branch your business, this is absolutely appalling in how they cannot even provide a representative to answer calls. TD Canadatrust all the way.
