This is the worst KFC location in the lower mainland. I have KFC occasionally in Vancouver and other locations and this location on 120@Nordel is consistently just bad chicken, I think they don't know how to cook the chicken because it just comes out soggy and skin sliding and falling off the meat -just gross. Never seen anything like it at other KFC places which leads me to believe its something in their cooking process that ruins the delicious KFC recipe - what a shame they cannot simply follow the recipe and keep the KFC standard fried chicken.

I ordered a burrito and it wasn’t even rolled, its like they just folded it in half; plus they didn’t even bother wrapping it in the paper.I’m guessing the employees just want this location closed down to be giving bad food.Also the person in front of me as well as me turned off out cars because we had to wait a while.

We met Ashwinder today at KFC, and I felt her service was excellent since she treated us with such kindness and patience. This aspect of her service particularly stood out to me because it showed that she is very skilled worker. I am very grateful for her dedication to her job.

Such poor service. Everytime I come at this place - I have to wait around 30 minutes to get my order. Driver-thru means rapid service and this location doesn't know that. They are very very slow and the management doesn’t seem to take care of their customers.

These guys are the worst, they don’t know what they are charging me for and not giving me the proper food I ordered. This is not the first time, I am experiencing bad results from this worst KFC location. Worst Management. They shouldn’t be running KFC. KFC license should be cancelled for this store. This is effecting the KFC brand name. I would never go back. This should be gone outta here. Poor skills on running the store. If the workers doesn’t wants to work they shouldn’t be here.

2.6 stars seems a little generous after the meal I just had, I would give it zero stars if i had an option...Terrible food.. my chicken seemed to be sitting around forever and re-fried it was so dry and tough it was like eatting tough beef jerky, I couldn't even finish it. It is sad how fast food restaurants have no standards and is still expensive. I was so overly hungry and usually wouldn't have said anything but this, what a waste of 50.00 I will never come back.

This location is clean, but decor leaves a bit to be desired and the staff has always been friendly and helpful.The KFC always has a bunch of really good online coupons, so be sure to check those out before you order.It’s always been fresh and tasty. The popcorn chicken was a bit subpar, but the sandwich and chicken tenders are great !You can once again dine in and the washroom is also back to being open.Taco Bell is ok.. it’s just not the same as I remember from way back when. Then again it was usually after the bar, so Everything was delicious!

Very bad service, ordered meals and received back wrong order even after repeating the order a couple of times. Wasted my time in receiving the order and then coming back to the restaurant. Staff was not helpful at all, didn’t provide with anything, ended up leaving and going to a different place for food. This is not the first bad experience at this location, staff should definitely be taught differently. Management should be looking into this. The quality of the food was also very poor. Customer service was zero. Would never be going back, and would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money, and drive to a different place.

Went there today and I ordered tribal double box. The taco in the box was just the shell. The quantity of beef and lettuce was none. And they charged $13 for the whole thing. They should maintain the hygiene more. Store was too dirty
