Unfortunately they did not have what I needed in stock however the worker that answered my call took the time to help me find a store that had the item I needed. Perfect customer service! I might not have been a customer this time, but I will for sure be coming back in the future!

Edit: you know what... nevermind. Reducing from 5 to 2 stars. First time was great, maybe the owners. Second time I go in, theres some young kids working there, cool, but when I ask for a recommendation he says Well whatever you like" ... uhh.. okay

I can’t put into words how amazing these guys are. Incredible customer service, by far the best experience I’ve had walking into any retail business in the city. I felt like family from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. The guy who helped me was a real gem and treated me like I was his best friend. I highly recommend shopping here.

Overall great shop. Person behind the counter instantly made me feel welcomed. Also gave a solid recommendation that I now wish I had back in Sask. Guess I'll just come to come to Montreal more often. Highly recommend.

First walked in to 2 employees talking and I asked for some juice flavours in iced , seemed like I was bothering them. Everytime I go to a vape shop I tell them what I'm looking for and they tell me what they have and are happy to do so. Expect they didn't seem too and just wanted to fastly get rid of me somehow not that I regret the juice I got it's really good but I wasn't satisfied with the service.
