I used to work at Potentia Renewables and overall, it was a great experience. The majority of the staff members, particularly HR and the executives, were very friendly, supportive and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Potentia Renewables as a great place to work, especially if you're interested in the renewable energy industry. The end-of-year parties were always amazing, and it was a great opportunity to celebrate the successes of the year with colleagues. However, one area that could use improvement is employee compensation. While the salaries are fair, I believe they could be improved to better reflect the skills and hard work of the staff members. Overall, I enjoyed my time working at Potentia Renewables and would recommend it to anyone interested in working in renewable energy.
