Absolutely amazing, cheaper then Starbucks and 100X better. Butter Croissants on par with Vancouver level Bakeries. Will definitely be back when I am in the area!

Great coffee, great beans, and great food... The only problem is that it's literally never open..

This is a little slice of Heaven. Coffee is fabulous and pastries are perfect! A tasteful and congenial atmosphere with quality offerings all around. I bought a beautifully handmade crocheted hat that is a treasure.

I was camping next door and, being on a cycle tour, needed to refuel. I had taco soup followed by a cappuccino with a massive cinnamon bun. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it. I was also impressed by the fact that they were trying to minimise waste. So, yeah, highly recommended.

Was excited to see this newish business open up in the Bella Coola valley and so I visited a couple of times over the last week on my latest stay. It looks great from the outside but sadly the experience inside was a little disappointing, for a tourist at least.Problem 1: Lack of non-dairy milk. For the first time in years... across many countries.... I was informed that there was no oat / soy / almond / anything else available apart from dairy. Weird. I accept that this a relatively remote and rural area, but I noted at least two well stocked supermarkets in the valley both carrying non-dairy, including one within walking distance. I also wonder if maybe this place is geared for dairy drinking locals only, but how hard is it to carry a small container of at least one non-dairy milk in the fridge for tourists? It lasts a lot longer than dairy does, I am sure it would get used before expiry.Problem 2: Lack of disposable cups. Yes I am aware this was the new trend pre-pandemic in some places, mainly larger cities such as San Fran that enjoy a solid pool of regular repeat customers. Here, the female barista, who also seemed to have quite an attitude, rather primly noted that I didn't bring my own cup and offered me a well used mug for $5, either for keeping or bringing back for exchange. In these new more public health conscious times of 2021 do they think all customers want their coffee in a mug with chip and tooth marks from the previous guy on it on it and that has probably just had a once over with the steam wand in between? The other big inconvenience factor here is that in a tourist town, many of your customers will be trying to grab a one-time coffee to go on the drive out on the highway, or heading to a... shock... high carbon emitting boat or heli adventure activity (did someone say tourist town...?) where they don't want to be carrying their own mug all day and also don't want to spend an additional $5 to buy one of your second hand ones. At least have some paper disposable ones there and charge an extra quarter.Hopefully the owners of the place read this and effect some needed changes. It would be a shame to see it go out of business before my next visit.

They have the best coffee around, perfect espresso every time (I also recommend the oat milk spiced cappuccino). Also fresh baked goods everyday - my favourites are the blueberry muffins and the PB choc cookies!Rose and the team are so inviting and should be really proud of the place!
