This has got to be one of the most underrated gyms in Vancouver. The facilities are huge with 2 separate free weight sections with dumbbells that go way past 100lbs. At least 4 or 5 squat racks and tons of machines. There's also an area to push a weighted sled, swing battle ropes, or do short sprints. As a tourist who doesn't want a monthly or yearly membership this place works perfectly for me. Not only is it extremely affordable but they offer hassle free drop in rates (8CAD)or even better 10 day passes for 18CAD. The changing room/toilet/shower/sauna facilities are clean too. It's worth the drive out if you're in downtown as I've seen no other gym compare even in the slightest.

Great experience at this gym. It is huge and has tons of old school equipment. Lots of squat racks and free weights. The heavy bags were high quality. Great gym to go and get a great work out. You won't get bored becuase there is so much to do. Very clean bathroom, showers and changing room. Was hard to find rags and disinfectant for the benches but no big deal. I will be back for sure.

I made a critical review a while ago about how clean the gym was. I must say they upped their game. The men’s shower area could use a better clean job but overall, for the deals they offer, this gym is great. I would suggest moving the main dumbbell area for it always gets too congested there. 3 to 4 benches is simply not enough for the volume of people that visit. Join the two dumbbell areas into one, along the squat rack mirrored wall would be ideal, just saying. Also, too many people still are not putting equipment/weights back to there proper areas however the gym is at no fault for this. The staff are very friendly and there is usually enough equipment to go around for everyone.

So much equipment, great smoothie bar, awesome staff. Great trainers ;) (me lol)

The only real 24 hour gym in town. You go you work out you leave. Nothing fancy. Nothing fancy needed.

I love the grunginess and the variety of facilities the gym has to offer.

Great Squash courts, always space there. Big space with a great veriaty of equipments.Armando is a great Squash Coach too.Will keep going there

An excellent gym with lots of space, good equipment and kind, helpful staff. The manager (DS) and staff (Sukh etc) are kind, compassionate and obliging. They made us feel safe during the pandemic and made a special effort for all, including the elderly, to participate safely. My family and I have been members for over a decade. We will never go anywhere else. This gym is too good to leave.

Membership cancellation isn't possible even if you move across the province . If you complain a lot and make bad reviews, they may accept the cancellation in exchange of removing the bad reviews. I went to the club, paid everything I was asked to pay to be done with them. Have to pay more to cancel it. It was already cancelled and paid in full in person at the gym. Everything was in good standing according to the club itself, account was closed but and threaten you to send your account to collection/damage your credit score.

This gym is great. Lot’s of instruments.24/7 basketball court. You can’t ask more with the price of 300 dollar full year pass. The front desk is pretty chill guy letting me in taking photos.
