Shout out to Mike for his great service to me today to find obscure information that was important for tax reporting. He really went beyond the ordinary to find what I needed and was able to do it right away! Thank you so much, Mike, for your thoughtful and efficient help.

Why on a Friday evening at 4:45 with 10 people in line do you train people. I waited over 10 minutes couldn't wait any longer time to change my business to a credit union that gives customer service !

Nice staff easy to deal with not much help if you have issues with theft or fraud on your account so be careful.Apparently it's 100% legal to steal people money if you have access to their bank card.Disable your tap feature..... you'll thank me later

I added a payment method and wanted to cancel it. I answered with no, I am not referring to the error methods on the text message that reached my phone. Then another message came telling me that your card has been blocked. I checked this branch and they told me that there is no way to retrieve your card except by calling the phone and I have been calling for two months and no one answers but reply The robot says, “Thank you for your patience with us. Is this reasonable? Is there such a service in the world?”I also sent them an email saying I understand your suffering but call again Is it reasonable that the same bank can't return my card

I had some resent dealings over the affairs of the passing of a family member. Their compassion and professionalism were very much appreciated.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this branch last week. The teller was very rude and unhelpful. I didn't catch his name but he had a ponytail or man bun. The lines are always way too long and there are never enough tellers available.

Their machine eat and stole my card.it was out of service but didn't show any msg of errors prior inserting my card.I only had this one card with me and coming from an other city.I went to withdraw cuz I was out of cash nd it was after hours.the machine just swallowed my card nd left me in a bad situation. There was no security guard or anyone to ask.I had to drive back here the 2nd day to retrieve my card from the branch and I heard so many people lining up for the same reason.the line up in this location is so crazy.there was 3 employees but they're all too slow.I spoke to the manager about this and she was laughing amd making fun of the situation. She was like it's not our fault" They should be notified of machines aren't working and machines should show a msg of error to people not just steal their cards nd leave them in the dark.today it shows out of service see the pictures ( why this msg wasn't showing yesterday) I'm considering to change the bank completely"
