Lily's Lingerie Limited

Been shopping here for years. Always receive excellent service and the products are high quality, last many years when properly cared for. It is often difficult to find the correct bra size but Lily's always has my size and the ladies working there select 3-4 styles for me to try out. The best fitting one was not available in my color of choice but they ordered it for me. If you are looking for a cheap bra this is not the place to go, as the prices are high but I come here yearly to purchase a bra that will last for several years.

Overpriced merchandise sold by pretentious staff with horrible customer service. Ugh.

Bought a $250 bra, wore it 3 times and the wire popped. Tried to get them to replace it and they offered to send it to their tailor. I met with the owner, Lily Dunn, after she responded to my email complaint. She said, ' I want to make your experience better, please come to the store.' I went and spoke to her. She offered to 'send it to her tailor'and blamed me because I didn't know how to wear an underwire. If that was all she was going to do i would have stayed home and not wasted my time, money and one hour round trip gas. Seriously?!! My 3 yr old bra from WalMart (underwire) is still better than their designer. Over priced. Poor quality. Products. I will NEVER return and if anyone asks, I WILL relay my negative and disappointing visit. My recommendation? Do not shop there.

Absolute TERRIBLE customer service. No attempt at making my friend comfortable when asking her to remove her shirt. Made fatphobic remarks and then walked away without saying anything. Do not reccomend

5 STARS for outstanding Service, superb quality and fantastic selection of the finest lingerie and bathing suits I have ever purchased! This incredible lingerie boutique sets the bar extremely high! There’s a reason why they’ve been in business for over 35+ years! Their attention to detail and true passion to their valued customers is second to none! Thank you Lily, Deborah and Estelle for making this 50+ woman feel beautiful.

Not a good shopping experience. I went in and asked to be fitted for a bra. All they did was bring me different sizes and told me to try them on. The bras were so tight that I couldn't clip them in the back so the sales lady clipped them closed for me. They were so tight around me that they dug into me. She kept saying they looked great. The service was not worth the $400 price tag. Too expensive for me. I can try bras on myself at any lower priced chain store.

I have been shopping at Lily's for a few years now and once you start, you cannot go back. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. They offer premium, high quality European/Canadian brands and as for the European products, I cannot find them anywhere else except at Lily's. They ship too!Regardless of the name, I can buy an array of items: from lingerie, silk, and shapewear to bathing suits, ready-to-wear, and durable tights.Furthermore, Deborah is amazing and attentive to my needs. The staff are extremely efficient and have overall, great customer service. I was fitted for, what they call, the right fitting bra". The price is steep

Really excellent service from Maddie who did an excellent job helping my wife to find lingerie that looks fantastic and (more importantly) fits her properly. She was warm and welcoming and made us feel comfortable while shopping. Maddie knows her stuff and we were so grateful for her expertise!

So disappointed. Maddie was helpful. The bra I purchased had an alteration to the straps. Picked it up yesterday. Sure doesn’t fit the way it did in fitting. It’s tight and I am bulging out of cups and sides which I mentioned I didn’t want. I’m a senior and that was a lot of money for a bra that is obviously made for smaller ladies and I won’t be able to wear it.

The girls here were so helpful and really made us feel comfortable! We got some great deals on amazing bras! Thank you!
