Called and someone answered then as I was speaking they placed me on hold then didn't respond after. I called back and didn't get an answer.They are very rude at this location. I use them replace my batteries now will never use them again.. very rude.

I have a mobility (using wheelchair) and went for my son ride on battery replacement. It's done in 5 minutes. I'm very happy with the service & highly recommend this location. Special thanks to the manager

Do not waste your time buying in this location they have the worst customer service the young man with the mustache has a very bad attitude, I do not recommend this location if you are in the area better go costco is just one street from that place

Friendly and helpful staff. I called to tell them I would be there 5 minutes after close and they said it would be no problem at all. Staff helped me lift the old batteries out of the car and load the new ones in with a smile

Now thats what I call good sales manship.My battery on my vehicle was no good so I called ahead to confirm they had my battery in stock, which they had only 1 left. I asked if they could hold it for me and the gentlemen said he could hold it for me.I lived 1hr away and they close at 5pm, which it was already 4pm. He said he would wait for me until 5:05pm. I got there exactly at 5:05pm and got my battery.Thank you Interstate Battery.

Customer service is always good, one time when I had to get a boost during a storm they helped ensure that the battery was still good and contacts to the battery were tightened to prevent having starting issues.Truly a gem in the customer service world.

Clarence took the time to help me find a perfect battery for what I needed! When through different options and told me pros and cons about them until I decided on one I wanted. Even put them aside for me when brought them out to my car. 10/10 would recommend. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
