We had a bit of a back n forth from a helium cylinder purchase. The cylinder didn't work out for us. The cylinders are generally non Refundable. Emily was gracious to get the cylinder returned and also fill our balloons at a discount. We feel bad cuz we were frustrated but she really handled it well. She is a young manager and wish her well. Way to go, Emily. Thanks.

Awesome selection of party stuff.. we celebrated our little one's birthday and our anniversary and bought a lot of stuffs from Party City. Would definitely recommend as the prices are reasonable and selection is vast. Also, if you find something then buy it asap as the things sell out pretty soon.

They have a good selection of party items, but the extremely poor customer service experience makes me avoid going to this location. Clearly Party City does not prioritize the customer service experience. Would rather go anywhere else for my party supplies.

We ordered some balloons for our daughters sweet 16 birthday. The staff here were very kind, quick, helpful. Everything we ordered was ready ahead of time. We’ve ordered from them before and will definitely do so again!!Thanks for making her day a little brighter!!

Selection and variety is awesome. But one of the vendors was not honest. She said they don't accept returns on wigs (which is perfectly fine). So i found the wig I needed, and it was the last one. When I opened it, in store, there were traces of golden hair and red tissue in it. Plus it was knotted. I said: this wig has been used and was returned." She said

Amazing place that sells party and celebratory products and balloons. You can buy all types of balloons there and the staff will fill the balloons you buy in store upon request. Lots of products to choose from and I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to hold a themed party or for any kind of celebratory occasion.
