Growers Paradise

Absolutely amazing people. I went there last week and purchased a 4x4 flood table. Not thinking, it didn't fit in my car. They both came outside with protection for my car and one of their ratchet straps to help put it on my roof and get me home to the east end. The gentleman even offered to put it in his car and drop it off for me. Amazing people ill keep coming back just because of that

Most and foremost, we got everything we needed at a very decent price. We went to many hydroponic stores across GTA and could not find any of the items we needed. Also, excellent customer service. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Facility is very clean and well organized. I definitely recommend to go and check them out.

Went here for the first time this weekend (I'm new to Brampton) , the staff member I dealt with was very helpful. He seemed to know the product lines well. Most importantly, there was no pressure of trying to up sell me into something I didn't need. He provided me with lots of information to make my choices. Careful if you buy any liquid nutrients. They do not allow any returns or exchanges, EVEN if unopened / unused. I purchased a product and realized once I returned home it was the wrong product. When I returned to the store, they refused to return or exchange it with an explanation that shady people had returned products where they had removed and replaced the liquid inside. That neither made me feel satisfied nor pleased that I was being lumped in with 'shady people', lol.

I recently visited the store to purchase some soiless mix. I was blown away! The store is laid out perfectly, and has everything you need to start a grow. I was happy with the cleanliness, layout and selection. I will be going back guaranteed. You got to visit! ** 5 stars**

I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The store manager Kyla helped me find everything I needed and made the exchange process seamless and easy. 10/10 service.

My husband is a consistent shopper with this establishment. Let me give you the gist on this one: today he came here to purchase $400 worth of product. He broke an item (solution) worth $30 and paid for it. Some of the product was taken at the stores leisure to use as they please; this was not consulted with my husband after he paid it. He asked for the wasted product to take because in right, he PAID FOR IT . Guess what, they told him the solution he paid for went in their display. At this point, no discount or solution was offered. I believe he should have the right to decide what happens with it, but that right was taken away and not corrected at the POS. This place is actually high priced on items. So, I’m giving them a 1 star because I find this an extremely shady business practice. Especially, when the money is not the issue but value for your customers. Just disappointed in the experience.

If I could give this place a zero I would haveCompletely out of just about everything or only 1 part to your 3 part system couldn't believe a grow store doesn't know when your getting any kind of soil in!? I visited about a week ago. The guy I spoke with was very knowledgeable about growing plants and nutrients. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to buy growing products

First time in was great when dealing with the owners daughter. Called in yesterday to have some fabric pots put on hold...when I called in the female who answered didn't seem to understand what I was asking for and after confirmimg 3 times that they have fabric pots them we drove to find out she is put plastic pots on hold. This is not the first time dealing with this female working there, she is rude and doesn't have a single clue about any of the products she sells
