2 Failed Delivery attempts. This company clearly struggles to make rural deliveries. For both delivery attempts the driveway was plowed the morning of their scheduled delivery. Both times, Drivers refused delivery as there was snow" on the driveway. Our driveway is paved with asphalt and completely level. We also have a large turnaround near the house for delivery trucks (everyone except this company apparently). Absolutely flabbergasted at this company. Their dispatch caller also strongly projects a "I don't really care" attitude. When asked for their company's name I was given "Metro Supply Chain"...which is actually the company that sub-contracts these people. SMH"

Delivery scheduled for 3:40-6:40. Arrived at 8:45pm. Left garbage behind refusing to clean it all because of long day and tired"."
