Been going here since the early days when her dad was working with her. My only complaint would be that it's a rare day that you can just drop by and not need an appointment.

Irene isn't so much a barber/hairdresser as she is a hair sculptor. Her shop right beside a bronze(?) bust of Alexander the Great is probably no coincidence.I decided one day after a much needed vacation that I also needed a change from my usual caveman look to something a little more modern, and was pleasantly surprised to find a barbershop within walking distance of my workplace.She is a joy to talk to which is a good thing because I thought hashing out my current situation may take some time to communicate effectively. Lo and behold, with providing nothing more than a few low resolution photos on my phone to go by and some vaguely descriptive hand motions, she was able to transform me from shaggy wild-man and carved out something perfectly civilised & presentable.One would think that the cost such a service would be oppressive. However, for the amount of time and effort it took to chop through the hair on my head and face, it wasn't only affordable it is downright inexpensive.Make sure to call or walk in to book an appointment ahead of time: she's always busy working her magic.

Irene does an amazing job cutting hair. I've been going to get my hair cut at Lord Byron Men's Hairstyling for over 15 years and never had a complaint. You definitely get your money's worth here. My suggestion, since you are reading this you are probably thinking of going, call ahead and book an appointment, walk-ins are hard to pull off.My overall opinion is that you are going to get a great haircut here, men and ladies, Irene has a great eye as well so you can solicit her for an opinion if you are considering a new style.
