I used to deal with other banks except credit union. Whenever I used to visit the branches, they were always busy, then I thought of visiting the credit union branch but I was nervous about their ways of dealing. The Envision Bank Cloverdale branch is near my house, so I thought of opening my account at that bank. When I entered the branch, the environment was very clean and tidy, I met Barinder Kaur first, she was very polite and humble. She gave me the right guidance for the business and personal accounts and she booked my appointment with Ajay Khabra, who is the bank advisor there. They provided me with above and beyond services and gave me the right advice. The quick response and their helpful nature really delighted me. I really appreciate the branch head, Syrus who has been successful in maintaining the branch.

Great location. Everytime I go to this branch the staff are very welcoming and step out from behind their desk to shake my hand. Most often I see Warren, who asks me about my day-to-day (how things are with my girlfriend, our new apartment, etc etc). It's great to go somewhere that the staff obviously care about you as a person, and about keeping your business. 10/10 branch

I had occasion to be dealing with Cloverdale Envision team member Robyn Preston this past Tuesday September 25th. I have never had such a pleasant banking experience. I hadn't received my new credit card. Robyn walked me through the process with ease. Robyn was so friendly, compassionate and as well was a great problem solver. She is an incredible example of what employee can be and a credit to her profession.

My fiancée and I went to this envision branch based off of a referral of a family member. We were told to talk to Patrick Latham about our mortgage and were glad we did. As first time home buyers, we honestly didn't know all that much walking through the front door but Patrick made us feel welcome and we honestly felt like he actually cared about our well being. He treated us incredibly well and helped us along every step of the way.If you're like us and need help with your mortgage, talk to Patrick. I strongly recommend it.

Cloverdale team is AMAZING! Everyone is very professional and friendly atmosphere. Branch Manager (Mike) is always available if we have any questions and he invited us last year for the retirement planning session as well. This session was very educational and informative.Going to the branch is always a pleasure and everyone knows my name and my family. This is the best place to do business.

I had the pleasure of being served by one of your team members for the last few weeks. Her name is Barinder Kaur. I had just gone into the Cloverdale branch to make a small withdrawal from my US dollar account. I happen to be assisted by Barindet. She greeted me with great enthusiasm and a friendly smile. After my transaction she very politely asked me if I had any questions for her regarding any of the Envision account services. At first I said no but eventually after her discussion, she asked me if I had an Envision credit card with a substantially high interest rate. I admitted that I did. She soon presented me some other Envision credit card options. In nutshell, I now have an Envision mastercard with a much lower interest rate. This is all a result if Barinder's assistance. She followed up the process with emails to the credit department as well as keeping me posted via her texts from her Envision Business mobile phone.I am really impressed with her helpfulness, attention to detail, her customer assistant skills and a very friendly and helpful demeanor. Its very satisfying as a customer to be served and assisted by such a wonderful employee. I wish her all the best and lots of success with her future career with Envision Financial. This branch is a cornerstone in our community. Warm, welcoming and always making you feel at home. Branch Manager Mike is amazing and always ensures the best experience. Staff like Raj, Eddy are fun and fantastic. Becky is the reason my family continues to call Envision home. She takes an interest in us, our lives and gives Envision that “Un-Bank” feel that makes Credit Unions the best choice. She makes us feel like old friends and she’s extremely knowledgable and a Service Expert! Well done team :)

I've been doing all my banking at Envision for the last few years and have always been so pleased with their friendly and prompt service. Recently, I've been matched with a financial advisor to start planning for my future and eventual retirement. I am so grateful for the advice and help I have received in setting up these new savings accounts.
