Had a great experience yesterday! I received a phone call from Sunny a few days prior because he recognized that I have been a long time client and my plan was a bit out dated, not only did he help me upgrade my phone but he also helped me get a much cheaper monthly plan. Fantastic customer service!

My wife and I enjoyed our visit to Team Wireless today in Courtenay. The friendly customer service we received was excellent. Sunny helped us make decisions on upgrading our phones and as a result of his advice we left his store with two new cell phones and extended our Bell Mobility service plans for another two years. Count us as happy customers.

I was here about 3 weeks ago. Customer service was great! It was the best out of 3 other Bell stores I've been to over the past couple of months. He was very helpful and provided what I needed. I'd definitely return to this store for any future business.

Awesome customer service. Was going to just buy my phone online through Bell.ca but decided to call the Bell Store in Courtenay. Talked with Sonny over the phone who was most informative about the different iPhones, so much so that I drove 40 minutes into town to attend the store and meet with him. Decided on which which I wanted then Sonny knowing I was technologically challenged, helped me move all my data from the old phone to the new one, which saved me hours of frustration and possible save my phone from getting thrown out a window. A pleasure to deal with and welcomed me back if I had any issues whatsoever. I will definitely be recommending Bell Mobility and particularly Sonny from this Courtenay location.
