I couldn’t find a Dr.over the holidays due to closures. The only way to be seen was waiting at an Urgent Care. Didn’t want to spread this plague to a waiting room and didn’t feel good enough to wait 6 hours in one either. Found Rockdoc on Facebook; was desperate so filled out the form and had the kit sent via Skip. I did the tests on Zoom with an assistant. Then they scheduled a Dr to see me on Zoom same day. He was able to send 2 prescriptions directly to my Pharmacy. So grateful to find them. Really great care in a short period of time.

The procedure is simply to follow but make sure to check the final documents. The documents for my wife and I are both incorrect. We had to call them to make the corrections and resend the results

My Rockdoc appointment turned out to be a smooth and interesting one. The receptionist was jovial and helpful.The nurse was prompt, interesting and caring. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

This was such an easy process to check for serious illnesses! I picked up the kit, went home, booked a virtual visit and did the testing in front of the staff and then was sent a report!! No sitting in wait rooms risking more exposure. Thanks so much Rocdoc for offering this service!!!

I knew I had strep throat, so I went to UBC urgent care to get a prescription and swab.. unfortunately they don’t have rapid testing and the results were supposed to take days, so I did the test and waited. 2 days pass and no results. I couldn’t wait any longer, so I got a rescue cold and flu package the next day from Rock Doc, which included a rapid strep test. The test was positive, and I was able to talk with a physician virtually that day and pick up a prescription that afternoon. I still haven’t heard back from UBC urgent care and it’s been 3+ days now.Rock doc was extremely convenient and easy. I would recommend to anyone wanting rapid testing and appropriate prescriptions when the wait to get into your GP is too long, or urgent care is not acting very urgently.

Went in there for TB test done for work, front desk were nice and quick. The person who took my test, was an amazing lady who was so friendly and made me understand about how this test works and she made me feel relaxed. The whole process was under 10 minutes.

such a great experience!! it was hard trying to find a place to do a TB test on short notice, other than waiting hours in line at a walk in clinic. with Rockdoc, I stumbled upon them online and was able to schedule an appointment online for the next day. I was also able to book a follow up appointment during the same session! the workers there are super nice and sweet and would highly recommend going to them for your TB testing needs! ◡̈

Very quick and seamless service. I was pretty sure I had strep throat, but using Rockdoc I was able to confirm the illness, meet with a doctor, and get the medicine required all same-day. That means that I could start getting better 24-48 hours faster than using a walk-in clinic. I would absolutely use them again!
