Masset Car and Truck Rentals is the best. The rental experience was excellent. We were picked up on arrival to the airport and all the details of the rental were explained clearly. Jen was absolutely amazing. She went way above and beyond in order to help us when our outgoing flight was cancelled after we returned the rental car. We were so thankful for her assistance and experience. I recommend them highly!

Exceptional service and a joy to interact with. They have a shuttle that picks you up directly if you need it. Should you need to drop off/pick up the car after or before hours just give them a call. They are super accommodating. I believe you have to call to make the reservation, but that's what I would recommend anyways so they know to pick you up. On the island this is the best car rental service hands down. I cannot recommend them enough!

Jen was great and her dog is so cute! Picked us straight fro. The airport and found us right away and setting us up with a great was pretty smooth as well as returning the rental. Gas station was right across the street to fill up.
