If I could give this business zero stars, I would. The name it goes by now is Brow Therapy. Stay away! Response time is very slow, if you get a response at all, appointments were repeatedly cancelled at the last minute, and the results were not what I was hoping for. After my micro blading procedure, I was promised the aftercare information later that day, but I never did receive it. I had to rely on Google to know what to do. The purple marker spots lasted on my face for 8 days!! I was told they’d fade after a day. I was embarrassed to go out in public. The last time she cancelled my touch up appointment on me, I had had enough. I requested a full refund which she promptly refused. She said she would refund me the cost of the touch up which is $75, however, after almost 2 weeks of waiting, I still have not received it and she will not even reply to my messages now. Very unprofessional! Save your money and go elsewhere!

Absolutely love my lash lift & tint! Char does excellent work and is extremely professional. She talked me through all the steps and explained everything to me as she was doing it. Highly recommend!
