RBC Royal Bank

I have been a Royal Bank customer for over 30 years. I've dealt with several branches based upon my address where I live within Ontario and by far this is the worst, I mean complete and utter worse brunch I have ever dealt with. The staff are very and I mean, very unprofessional, extremely incompetent, they're very rude, very disrespectful and did I say incompetent they're very incompetent they're not knowledge and ridiculously, ridiculously unacceptable customer service I wish there was a zero star but this Branch needs to close. They're of no use absolutely no use except for deposit and withdrawal. They even made an error in submitting the wrong tax information to CRA this is how incompetent they are terrible terrible terrible terrible

Absolutely abysmal service the staff is just lazy, untrained and unprofessional. Had to visit this branch 5 times to get it unblocked and it took 15 business days. Plus the staff was outright accusing me of doing fraud. My suggestion avoid the location all together.

My experience was so great at this location. Their staff is so helpful specially mr.Munawar shaikh. He always helped me to maintain my business account. He is so nice. Very satisfied from his service.

If I could put a review for zero stars I would. Deep could if saved my time instead last minute he tells me the opposite of what he had stated in a previous meeting. Also no courtesy to apologize for being late for appointment.

Worst experience ever in any Rbc branch..all they make you wait and then u cnt help you.seen this thing happening to 4 other customers right in front me.every other customer got bothered cz of something .so poor

Worst branch I have ever visited.Munnawar is very unprofessional.He wasted my 5 months just to issue the credit. He always made excuses that he had applied my credit card but actually he was doing nothing.Then I changed my branch . There my bank advisor Helen, issued my credit card in just one day.So please don’t waste your time specially with Munnawar.

Worst! Would never go again at that branch, even mistake was made from their side I had to contact different people and visit them and being rudely told to come other time as branch manager always seems “BUSY”. Had to shut my account for that. Worst ever service!

Whole staff is going around with coffee in hand hear and there, almost 10 ppl in line but they don't care

I am international student i take off from my work to setup my account and then i visited branch to solve my online banking issue but staff refused to hear my problem and then they said go to home branch but i went to another branch instead home branch they resolved my all issues and attend properly and gave me good service my experience was so poor and i am not satisfied so please don’t waste your time to go this branch please vist another branch instead of this
