Second time buying a car from here, I live right down the road so it makes it really easy when minor issues arise and I need service. I got a flat tire unfortunately about 6 months back, and they patched it up for me within the same hour and for a very cheap price! They’re upfront about all costs and don’t tag on hidden fees like other dealers.

I’m so happy I found this place. Everywhere I look people are charging me an arm and a leg for a used car. I wanted to buy a nice beginner car for my daughter, but I didn’t want to spend too much. Joe went out of his way to accommodate my daughter and I for a test drive. They even stayed open later for us to be able to view the car and test drive it. Really appreciate the sincerity, thanks again!

I’ve been calling around all of Cambridge for reasonable quotes to get my rear and front brakes changed. They gave me a very reasonable price and took me in right away. Definitely recommend the folks here, straightforward and they don’t add on any “extra services that need to be done”.

I waited 6 months to review this business just to make sure. It’s very hard to find real people in this day and age that actually value your business. I always found sticking to smaller local businesses is the best bang for your buck when it comes to customer service, and boy was I right. Very affordable prices and Joe always picks up my calls for any concerns.

We were very interested in purchasing a vehicle here and tried calling about 5 times over the course of a week, all during business hours. They only answered the phone once. After we spoke to them, we made plans and tried to call back multiple times over the course of the next few days, and they wouldn’t answer their phones again and never returned our messages.
