Was referred to Lensmakers on Barton Street from a friend. I had such a great experience at this location this afternoon. A lady named Hanna assisted me with getting a new pair of sunglasses. She was very knowledgeable about the products and about submitting a claim through my insurance.. and above all she was VERY very sweet and personable.Clean store, abides by covid protocols.Thank you again Hanna, I won’t go anywhere else now because of you!Stefi

Very impressed good quality material on my fourth pair of glasses. Was refused by my optometrist to do my exam, being a type two diabetic means my eyes change constantly with the refusal of my original optometrist they accommodated me no problem through OHIP. My original optometrist I’ve seen for 30 years I am going to be asking for my records and he’s lost all my family members . You don’t know how much I really appreciate lensmakers please give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

I dropped off glasses to be adjusted in March and closed because of the pandemic. No call,no glasses. Thanks guys.you just lost a couple of good customers

S. H. a Retail Associate at Barton store show an arrogant attitude, personally had a bad experience with her and does not care about customer relation, she does not work with the customer but proving her point and don't care about solution. R. L. the manager of this store tolerated this attitude. As a cutomer, I felt upset when going through in this situation.

Great service for our small family. Contact lenses are the most comfortable I've ever had, and my glasses despite a strong prescription are the most lightweight yet. Very satisfied, thank you!

They sell cheap frame. The first one broke in less than 2 months. I went there to replace it. Got another one and this one too is broken in 1 month and they already told me that the second one is not replaceable. I don't recommend.

Came here today and to my surprise I couldn't get a prescription glasses because they are charging me $450! It's just -.25 and -.50I have not looked at any frame yet. But I was already charged so expensive. I ask what is their cheapest glasses and they said their cheapest is $220. I called a different store and offers start at $75. I believe they charge tooooooo much.Eye exam was really good though.
