Excellent service.Went there to pay out my car loan. They only accept debit, cheque or cash. Call them before you go there. They won't accept any credit cards or Mastercards to pay off any loan. So make sure before visit the branch. Overall good experience

Terrible hours and terrible service. Went in to try to pay off a loan and if it wasn't in cash, they didn't want it. I thought banks wanted my money? Never will I get another loan through them, worst bank with the worst hours

Horrible!!! A representative made a mistake on my RRSP contribution. A simple clericle mistake should be easy to fix but I was passed from person to person, only in the end to tell me I had to waste more time to come into the branch to sort out some paperworks. They were quick to take money but slow to resolve. In the end, nothing resolved !!!If you like the terrible red tape experience with non-existent customer service, then you should go with them.I would rate zero star if it were possible.

The absolute worst banking experience. After a full year of being asked for more and more paperwork for my student line of credit, I was contacted by the branch manager Jessie Cai, who informed me that my cosigner's account was blocked due to security reasons" which was because of a bounced cheque as we had explained. You would think after a year of me sending in paperwork and documents she would have the courtesy to try and help fix such a simple matter

Terrible bank. This is the only location in Edmonton. The other branches it has listed that you can use are mostly closed. I waited on hold for 20 minutes to close my account to be told they couldn't do it.

Easily the worst bank I've dealt with. On August 10th someone opened an account with them after hacking my CRA account. They then changed my direct deposit to the National Bank of Canada and applied for CERB. I contacted the CRA and fixed this but when I called the national line for NBC and spoke with someone from their fraud department they said there was nothing they could do and to go to a branch in person. I gave the guy the branch and account number and he still wouldn't do anything even though the account is being used for fraud.I work during the banks horrible business hours 10-3 and don't live anywhere near downtown Edmonton. You think that calling to report a fraudulent account would cause their fraud department to take action. Well not at this bank. Stay as far away as you can and bank with a reliable bank like RBC, TD and CIBC.

The front desk employee needs some serious training on his basic customer service.In my last 3 to 4 visits this guy would not even bother about a customer who has entered the bank. He pretends to be busy by ignoring and worst is he ignores even after making an eye contact with the customer. How hard is it to say a simple Hi or Hello? This employee is rude and unpleasant for such a position where you are the first point of contact with the customer(s).

I have been banking with NBC for many years and they have always been very quick to help. Staff are very kind and friendly.Recommendation: I would make the recommendation that all staff have a refresher training or basic course on what the RRSP T2033 form is and how to handle those for customers who want to transfer into their NBC RRSP or trading accounts. I find I have to explain myself each time I bring the form in, even when I have Page 1 complete with all details. Thanks.

Have truly enjoyed my banking experience with NBC, its unfortunate that our banking relationship has come to an end, but I am sure they will give every other client the same respect and professionalism they gave me!
